    HOW CAN I BOOK MY TICKETS FOR THE FAIR?

    Tickets are sold on our online shop and at the entrance of the Grand Palais for 38€. The reduced fare ticket is reserved for students, holders of Louvre Jeunes, Louvre Professionnels or Louvre Famille cards, and for any visitor under 26 years of age, at the price of 25€. Free entry is available for children under 12 years old, and should be withdrawn at the cash register. Those accompanying people with reduced mobility are also exempt from the entrance fee.
    An "admission, FIAC 2019 album and tote bag" package is available for €70, for a saving of €21. To avoid queues at the checkout, we recommend that you buy your tickets in advance from our online store. All exits are final.

    CAN I BUY MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?

    We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance from our online shop, so that you can access the events through the entrances reserved for ticket-holders.

    WILL I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE IF I HAVE A TICKET PURCHASED IN ADVANCE FROM THE ONLINE SHOP?

    The entrance reserved for ticket-holders allows for a more fluid and faster access to the fair than the entrance through the ticket office.

    ARE TICKETS EXCHANGEABLE AND REFUNDABLE?

    Tickets sold at the ticket office and on the online shop are not valid for exchange or refund.

    IS IT MANDATORY TO PRINT MY TICKET?

    The printing of tickets is mandatory. Printed tickets are required at the entrance for ticket-holders.

    I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY TICKET ONLINE. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

    Please contact our customer support by email at shop@fiac.com, and specify the first name, last name and email you provided when ordering.

    ARE THE TICKETS NOMINATIVE?

    Tickets are not nominative and are valid for one entry only. At the entrance, your QR code will be registered by our security agents. As a result, all exits are final.

    HOW MANY CHECKOUT STATIONS ARE THERE?

    We provide you with 3 checkout stations at the Grand Palais. To reduce the wait at the ticket office, we invite you to book your tickets on the online shop.

    WHAT TIME DOES THE TICKET OFFICE OPEN?

    The ticket office is accessible as soon as the fair opens and closes 15 minutes before closing time. You have the option to buy same-day tickets or tickets for another day.

    WHO CAN BUY THE REDUCED PRICE TICKETS?

    The reduced rate is reserved for students (with a valid student card), holders of Louvre Jeunes, Louvre Professionnels or Louvre Famille cards, and for any visitor under 26 years of age.

    IS IT NECESSARY TO COLLECT A FREE TICKET FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12?

    Yes, it is mandatory to withdraw a free entry pass at the ticket office for children under 12 years of age.

    WHERE CAN I BUY THE ALBUM (FORMERLY CALLED THE CATALOGUE) AND THE TOTE BAG OF THE EVENT?

    The album (formerly called the catalogue) and the tote bag are available in the nave of the Grand Palais, at the main entrance and are also for sale on the online shop.

    WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE CATALOGUE AND RELATED PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE?

    The FIAC 2019 album purchased on its own and the FIAC 2018 album are shipped upon order and within 5 working days starting October 21. The FIAC 2019 album purchased with the "General Admission + FIAC Album 2019 + Tote Bag" package can be picked up at the FIAC boutique in the Grand Palais.

    AT WHAT TIMES IS FIAC OPEN?

    FIAC is open on Thursday October 17th from 2pm to 8pm and Friday the 18th from noon to 8pm, as well as on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th from noon to 7pm.

    WHAT ARE THE PEAK AND OFF-PEAK HOURS?

    We recommend a visit on Thursday and Friday, as well as during the weekend in the early afternoon to avoid busy periods.

    PREVENTION OF RISKS RELATED TO UNAUTHORIZED STREET PEDDLING

    Tickets may not be reproduced, transferred or resold, under penalty of prosecution. In accordance with the law (article 446-1 of the Criminal Code), unauthorized street peddling is a crime punishable by 6 months of detention and a fine of 7500 euros.

    ARE THERE VISITS IN ENGLISH OR OTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGES?

    The FIAC public guided tours are exclusively in French. If you would like a guided tour in English, you can form your own group of up to 15 people for a period of one hour. You will be able to choose the day and time of your visit based on the availability of our speakers.

    ARE THERE VISITS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH CONTEMPORARY ART?

    Our guides are dedicated to providing the keys to understanding contemporary art to those who are new to FIAC. No specific knowledge is required.

    CAN I BENEFIT FROM A REDUCED RATE ON GUIDED TOURS?

    There is no reduced rate for guided tours.

    I RESERVED MY GUIDED TOUR. HOW CAN I ACCESS FIAC ?

    The reservation and purchase of a guided tour does not, on its own, give access to FIAC. You must either buy an entry ticket online or buy it on site on the day of your visit.

    I ARRIVED LATE FOR MY GUIDED TOUR, CAN I GET A REFUND?

    No refunds are possible. We advise you to arrive early.

    FROM WHERE DO THE GUIDED TOURS LEAVE?

    All public guided tours start from the Artstorming desk, located on the right when you enter through the main entrance via the Avenue Winston Churchill.

    CAN I BOOK MY GUIDED TOUR ON SITE?

    You can book your guided tour on site, subject to availability. Payments are possible by credit card (visa or Mastercard only), check or cash.
