    Sounding Silence, 2016

    Sunday, October 23rd - 3pm to 6 pm
    Duration: 3 hours

Choreographer Alexandra Waierstall belongs to the Factory Artists of Tanzhaus NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia). Her original stagings plunge us into an atmosphere of suspense that directs our gaze towards that which is not clearly visible, a little off to the side, in between, above, and outside: towards something imaginary and yet real. The solo Sounding Silence created for and with Harry Koushos belongs to the series A human study – a choreographic diary. The series has been presented since 2006 in various formats and constellations and explores the spatiotemporal configurations related to interpersonal developments.
Produced by the Goethe-Institut, Paris, in association with the Musée du Louvre, as part of the interdisciplinary programme “NEUES RHEINLAND – La jeune scène artistique en Rhénanie”.

Address : Cour Carrée du Louvre (entrée côté rue de Rivoli),
