HOW CAN I BOOK MY TICKETS FOR THE FAIR?

Admission tickets are sold exclusively on our online store. Reduced admissions are only available to students, Louvre Jeunes, Louvre Professionnels, and Louvre Famille cardholders, and to visitors who are under 26 years old, at a price of €27. Admission is free for children under 12 who are accompanied by an adult in possession of a ticket, and is to be collected at the ticket office. The accompanying persons of disabled visitors are also granted a free admission.

A package "entrance, FIAC 2021 catalogue and tote bag" is available for 70€, a saving of 21€.

Tickets must be purchased online. All exits are final.

 

CAN I BUY MY TICKET ON SITE?

It will not be possible to buy a ticket on site. Tickets must be purchased online. We therefore recommend that you buy your tickets in advance through our online store. By doing so, you will be able to access the events through the entrances for people who already have a ticket.

 

ARE TICKETS EXCHANGEABLE AND REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

IS IT MANDATORY TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No, it is not mandatory to print your ticket. The ticket is required at the entrance, and must be presented either as an e-ticket (QR code) or printed.

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKET ONLINE. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

Please contact our customer support by email at the following address: shop@fiac.com indicating the first name, last name and email address you provided when you placed your order.

 

ARE THE TICKETS PERSONAL?

The tickets are not nominative. They are however strictly personal and non-transferable. Tickets are valid for one entry only. Your QR code will be recorded by our security guards. Therefore, any exit is final.

 

HOW MANY CHECKOUTS ARE THERE?

There will be no checkout at the Grand Palais Ephémère. Tickets must be purchased via the online store.

 

WHO ARE THE REDUCED ADMISSION BENEFICIARIES?

The reduced admission is only available to students with a valid student card, holders of a Louvre Jeunes, Louvre Professionnels, or Louvre Famille card, and to all visitors under the age of 26.

 

IS IT NECESSARY TO COLLECT AN EXEMPT ADMISSION FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD?

Yes, there is no need to collect a ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult and upon presentation of a valid ID.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY THE CATALOG AND THE TOTE BAG OF THE EVENT?

The catalog and tote bag are available online.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE CATALOGUE AND THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE?

The catalogue will be sent by parcel from October 27, 2021 within 7 working days. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination and the availability of the catalogue.

 

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF FIAC?

FIAC is open on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 from 12pm to 8pm, as well as on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October from 12pm to 7pm.

 

WHAT ARE THE PEAK AND OFF-PEAK HOURS?

We recommend that you visit us on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as on weekends in the early afternoon to avoid peak periods.

PREVENTION OF RISKS RELATED TO STREET VENDING

Access passes may not be reproduced, transferred or resold, at the risk of prosecution. In conformity with the legislation (article 446-1 of the penal code), street vending is an offence punishable by 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of 7500 euros.

 

ARE THERE TOURS IN ENGLISH OR OTHER LANGUAGES?

Visits for the general public at FIAC are exclusively in French.

 

ARE THERE TOURS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH CONTEMPORARY ART?

Our lecturers are committed to giving people who are discovering FIAC for the first time the tools to understand contemporary art. No specific knowledge is required.

 

CAN I BENEFIT FROM A REDUCED RATE FOR GUIDED TOURS?

There is no discount on the guided tours.

 

I HAVE BOOKED MY GUIDED TOUR, HOW DO I ACCESS FIAC?

Booking and purchasing a guided tour alone does not give access to FIAC. You must book your entrance ticket online in order to access FIAC.

 

I ARRIVED LATE FOR MY GUIDED TOUR, CAN I GET A REFUND?

No refunds are possible. We advise you to arrive early.

 

WHERE DOES THE GUIDED TOUR LEAVE FROM?

All public tours depart from the Artstorming desk on the left as you enter the main entrance at the Place Joffre.

 

CAN I BOOK MY TOUR ON SITE?

You can book your tour online, subject to availability. Payment is possible by credit card.

 

HOW TO BOOK A GUIDED TOUR FOR THE FIAC?

To discover a panorama of modern and contemporary art, Artstorming's lecturers offer panoramic or tailor-made tours of the Grand Palais Ephémère.

The tours will depart every hour from 1pm to 5pm from Thursday October 21 to Sunday October 24, 2021.
