For many years now, international law firm Clifford Chance has been developing a programme of support and commitment to sponsorship of the arts.
Our policy in this field follows three main lines. Firstly, we own a collection of contemporary art that was started back in 1990 and now comprises some 1,000 works. Secondly, we are long-standing sponsors of the major cultural institutions in the various countries in which we are established. And lastly, we are involved locally in numerous charitable cultural ventures benefiting the underprivileged.
We strive, through these different ventures, to get members of staff involved. In so doing they have the opportunity to get to know one another better and to gain access to new forms of artistic expression. In this way, we regularly organize art exhibitions and invite artists and critics to speak at events held in our offices throughout the world.
This commitment of ours, shared by our members is a reflection of values dear to our partnership and allows us to demonstrate the qualities of creativity, innovation and openness to others, qualities that are found in the more classic aspects of our professional practice and with which we endeavor to provide our clients.
The lawyers at Clifford Chance Paris are proud to work alongside the FIAC.
